CAN Art Fair 2022

For the inauguration of CAN, Contemporary Art Now 2022, Ruttkowki;68 proposes a fresh mix of internationally renowned artists who share a bold and colourful language with a cutting-edge take on contemporary existence.

New works will be featured by: Luciano Calderon, Stefan Marx, Mario Picardo and Marria Pratts. Spanning fields of figurative painting, abstract expressionism, drawing and sculpture – an exciting curatorial concoction will provide CAN’s audience first-hand access to some of the most sensational and important emerging artists of today.

The artists have been chosen carefully in ode to the special Spanish cultural context of the fair. By combining each of their unique vocabularies together in one space, allowing for free movement and open dialogue, we naturally intend to synthesize academic context with sub-cultural expression – something highly characteristic of
what Ruttkowski;68 stands for.
